Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences.

The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.

Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.

                                                      We saw this restaurant a few days ago while strolling Pearl Street, and decided to book a reservation for a weekday dinner. Glad we did! Drinks were outstanding, especially their take on a gin and tonic, and our party enjoyed almost all the tapas offerings. Meatballs and mushrooms stood out in particular (gotta try them!), and the cauliflower 'steak' was also a great dish. We definitely will return and recommend it to all the foodies visiting Boulder.

                                                      Highly recommend! Everything was amazing - the service, the food, the sangria! We shared a bunch of tapas and sangria and it was a perfect, delicious lunch! The server was so fun and energetic, we loved her! We will definitely be back! Also, my husband has a dairy allergy and everything was really well labeled on the menu which is hugely appreciated

                                                      Visited last year and it was exceptional. This time  the cauliflower steak was cold. Been served to us and the salmon had no flavor. The servers did not check on us and overall I don’t need to go back.

                                                      Fantastic dinner at Gemini. Every dish was superb. The Mixta salad was juicy and substantial. The tortilla was out of this world, made with care and technique. The champinones were caramelized to perfection along with an egg yolk. Service was excellent. Kudos to Gemini!

                                                      The experience was next level here. It was a girls’ dinner for a friend’s birthday and they were beyond generous with complimentary bubbles and dessert. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. What a treat! Will be back soon.
