Rising from it's sister restaurant in Downtown Dadeland, Ghee Wynwood continues the Ghee legacy at it's original home. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors.

Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal."

                                                                              Huge fan of all Mo and Chef Niven creations. A wonderful feast and an amazing celebration to Indian heritage. Pedro, the server was amazing with his recommendations, his knowledge and his hospitality.

                                                                              Amazing food, very timely service. Do recommend the tasting menu for a party of 2 or more. There’s going to be a ton of leftovers. The Kerala Lamb is a must have. Also, their Date Cake comes with Ginger ice cream topped with some jaggery toffee which will make you go “ou la la la laaa” even if you’re not French

                                                                              It was a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. The restaurant space was beautiful. The entire staff was outstanding; especially our server Erica whose recommendations were spot on. The food was incredible. It was a very special birthday celebration. We will definitely return with friends.

                                                                              Ghee Wynwood, offers a modern, innovative take on Indian cuisine with bold, balanced flavors. The restaurant provides an exciting fusion of traditional techniques and contemporary culinary approaches, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Chef Patel’s own farm. The partnership led by Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar, has also accomplished a well designed interior with a good balance of culture, art, upbeat, with an inviting ambiance. We enjoyed Appetizers: •Yellowfin Tuna Bhel: Excellent texture, complemented by creamy avocado and crunch! •Short Rib Dosa: Crispy, flavorful, served with traditional coconut chutney and sambar •Lamb Hakka Noodles: Robust and satisfying with a little bit of heat! Main Courses: •Turmeric Marinated Fish: Delicate preparation with rich coconut and fennel sofrito notes with basmati rice, the fish was perfectly prepared tender and flavorful. The cocktail program has been very well created which pairs with Ghee’s cuisine Our server provided good recommendations, very knowledgeable with excellent service. Chai, Icecream sandwiches are a must for dessert!

                                                                              After having a great meal here last weekend, I ce Back with 3 friends. It’s the best Indian food I’ve had in miami and beyond. Great service and ambience. Ghee is now a go-to dinner destination action for me.
