   This was our first time at Giancarlo’s and it was wonderful. The bar and initial dining room was very energetic and loud but where we were seated was quiet. The food was excellent. Our steaks were overcooked for our liking but new ones were brought out that were perfect. We had a customized menu for our anniversary which was a fabulous touch. Overall, a great experience.

   Everything was amazing from the bread, cocktails, entrees and dessert. Our server Sarah was also very attentive and very sweet.

   Food was outstanding, birthday menu was appreciated, Gabe was excellent, rowdy large group was unappealing but not restaurant fault. Great experience.

We arrived with reasons to toast: a birthday wrapped in laughter, an anniversary carried gently between us like a shared secret. On both sides of the table, there were stories, glances, a quiet knowing that this evening mattered. The ambiance seemed to hum with a slow, golden rhythm.    This was our first time at the restaurant. The food and service were incredible. The value for your money also beat many fine dining establishments. We can't wait to come back!

   Everything about our dinner was top notch as always. Our server Zach was amazing. Fred made last minute changes for me to enjoy a wine pairing with a vegetarian meal. Can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Giancarlo’s!
