   We were celebrating my boyfriend’s and friend’s birthdays. The place is stunning, offering a great view, and it’s a must-try when visiting Chicago. We are visiting from Minnesota and were very impressed. The food was amazing—everything from the drinks to the desserts was great and delightful. However, the service was even more impressive. Our server, Caitlin, went above and beyond; she was very polite and a true professional. We would definitely come back and 100% recommend this place.

   Our latest experience at Gibson's Italia was impeccable from the moment we entered the door. Great service, superb menu and fair pricing. The vibe is always fantastic.

   You can never go wrong with Gibsons Italia. The whole experience is wonderful. Andrew and Patrick treat you like family and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Elizabeth was a wonderful waitress today. Can’t wait to come back as a party of three

   It starts with a friendly greeting from the hostess and another one from your server. Haley has always been a great server. 2 of my guests had never been there . Now they both can’t wait to go back! I will be back tomorrow!

   Dined at Gibson’s Italia restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday. Service was amazing as always! Was seated along the windows to view the Chicago River as requested. Our meal selections were prepared to perfection and delicious. The entire experience was spectacular and made the birthday dinner memorable.

   Steak on the steak salad was a little fatty & a little overcooked. Bus staff kept trying to pull bread plates away while we still had our bread appetizer on the table.

   Elijah did an amazing job taking care of us! Food was next level! We all enjoyed ourselves very much. We will come back again next time we are in Chicago! The view to the city is amazing!

   Too many tables crammed in the space. Our table was directly in front of a circular booth and right next to a serving station. Constantly being bumped into by servers- though not their fault. Constant interruptions of “excuse me”. It was a special occasion and just not the best experience. That being said, food and service were excellent. But in a city full of great steakhouses, I’ll pass on this one.

    Below expectations. I had to return the 75 day aged ribeye steak and I have never returned a steak before even if the temperature wast as I ordered it. Which I this case came medium after I ordered it medium rare, but this was not the problem. The steak was tasteless and chewy. I have had steaks in just about every steak house in Chicago and this one ranks about as good as STK. The wait staff was very kind and very accommodating. Atmosphere is good, I would only go back for a drink and an appetizer.
