Real Italian food, as it should be!

It’s a beautiful modern open plan restaurant with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Old Hall Street. Talking of skylines, you have to visit 360 Sky Bar on the top floor, it’s a huge contemporary terrace which has unrivalled views over Liverpool and the River Mersey, I can’t wait for you to see it.

Serving real Italian food as it should be, the menu really does have something for everyone. Check out my new lounge bar as well, it serves one of the biggest selections of Prosecco, sparkling wine and Franciacorta in the UK, with over 30 varieties for you to choose from. Pop by for a drink after work or enjoy one or two while you dine, the choice is yours.

    Very nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly but appeared to be understaffed at times. Food was just ok - especially for the price.

    Very poor service. Shown to our table with no instructions or conversation on how the evening would progress. Menu showing our pre booked choices just thrown on the table. Waiter came over to take our drink orders without checking that we had a drinks menu. My husband had to get up and go and ask him for one which after 15 minutes was still not forthcoming. We had to eventually take one from another table. After another 10 minutes or so we had to shout the waiter over to take our orders. I mentioned our dissatisfaction with the service so far, to which he responded, I only have one pair of hands. Very basic food with no vegetables or sides to go with the meat. The whole experience was very disappointing considering it was New Year's Eve. We expected so much more for the amount of money we had to pay for the evening. Definitely won't be going to a Gino's restaurant again.

    Very disappointed with the lack of service received, when dining at restaurant on new years eve Waiters and waitresses concentrated more on clear the tables than check quests had everything they needed and everything was ok Light was very dim and couldn't see the menu so when ordering the chicken for main was sad to see it didn't come with anything but even more disappointed that the waiter had not pointed this out when I placed the order Water came with no ice and bruscheette with no balsamic vinegar but waiter just put plates on table and rushed off before we could ask for some Then I found that most of my sea food was unopen and had to wait a while to get the waiters attention to let him know After clearing the Mai. Plates the waitress then just put the bil on the table without a ski g if we wanted deserts or more drinks Clear lack of communication., under staffed and over stretched making this a disappointing New Year’s Eve meal out which is such a shame because it is a lovely restaurant 57?

    Had gluten free option on the cheese and garlic bread. No taste of garlic and looking at the normal bread it was twice the size and the same price. The cheese option was only a few strands on the gluten free one.

    We arrived on time, but it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks order, and only after we asked. Drinks and food were ordered together, but the starter took 20 minutes to arrive. Shortly after, the same starter was mistakenly brought out again. The main course then took over an hour to arrive, despite other tables being served promptly, with new guests seated and receiving their mains in the meantime. When we inquired about the delay, a senior waiter was dismissive, saying “soon” without checking. Another staff member was asked but never returned with an update. Finally, a third server informed us it wouldn’t be long. The overall service was unacceptable, and the management was both rude and unprofessional.
