Established since 2003, the Glamorous Restaurant is very much a family-run business. Tommy Hung, an accomplished Chef travelled the Far East to bring over some of the best chefs from East Asia. Tommy is insistent on using only the very best fresh produce, which is brought in from all over the world to create truly global flavours. There are over 300 delicious Cantonese dishes to choose from including vegetarian dishes – and one of the best places to start is the Dim Sum which is prepared on a daily basis by experienced chefs using the best available fresh ingredients.
