    Join us for an exploration of fine West Australian wine and seasonal produce, in partnership with leading Australian wine producer Cape Mentelle. As one of Margaret River’s ‘founding five’ wineries, Cape Mentelle pioneered many of the region’s renowned wine styles and today is a benchmark for the quality of the region’s wines. This wine dinner is an opportunity to taste some of the region's most proud wines, alongside premium WA produce. Beginning with pre-dinner drinks, followed by a five-course set menu curated by Chef Natalie Murphy using seasonal West Australian produce. From Abrolhos scallops to Fremantle octopus and Margaret River wagyu, be transported to the pristine coastal waters of Margaret River right here on George Street.

    Absolutely Outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a fantastic atmosphere. The food was nothing short of exceptional—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed.     Birthday dinnd at Glass is amazing, it has really good ambience with view over the queen victoria building, the staff is really attentive, victor the somelier he's been friendly and great. Also Lee the host has been very helpful. The food is superb! Especially the Lamb we can'g wait to go back

    An open space with a high ceiling means luxury and comfort, and I am lucky enough to sit next to Harry Meriton's boss. The food and wine have beautiful taste, which is a great feeling. The service is also outstanding. Well done!
