  Alcohol: 19.50%. This lush and sweet dessert wine delivers a luscious taste and mouth feel from start to finish. The Microburst is a port-style blend of Mourvedre and Zinfandel that is fortified with grape spirits. This wine was made from grapes rescued from a devastating 2015 Microburst with 120 mph winds and punishing rain that damaged about 2.6 acres, or 10% of our vineyard in about 25 minutes. Because of a heroic save by kind-hearted Colorado farmers that were visiting a neighbor, both the grapes and the vines were saved and this unique wine was made possible.
