The experience is one of a kind. Our favorite waiter is Jack. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our meal. Will come back again.

Me and my husband came here for Valentines Day and we were very pleased! Being HK fans, this was very exciting for us to experience and the ambiance was just what we were epxecting. The food was delicious, but a bit overpriced and though we had a reservation, we waited for over 35 minutes to be seated. However, we were given a free glass of wine for the wait so I thought that was a nice touch! Overall, very happy with this dining experience!

- PARKING: ⭐️ - AMBIANCE/DECOR: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - STAFF/CUSTOMER SERVICE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - NOISE LEVEL: ⭐️ - FOOD: ⭐️⭐️ - PRICE: ⭐️ Tif and I celebrated Valentine’s Day here, and were excited to go. We’ve been trying to secure reservations for a while and 5pm was a good time for us. I had to park underground and pay $23 so whatever- the Wharf is always goong to be crazy. The ambiance and decor was nice, but they seated us right at the kitchen and that was shocking at first. The staff was amazing- our server, David was really cool, and the manager and I had a great conversation about sneakers. 😆 The music was loud, and the yelling took some getting used to (we don’t watch the show so we had no idea what to expect). We started with seared scallops, baked meatballs and a Caesar salad (it was ok). Tif got the bronzino and I got the chilean seabass (I can make them better). The brussels sprouts and lobster mac & cheese as our sides were good. The lemon/blueberry cheesecake & sticky toffee pudding were 🔥. Was it all worth $400? Absolutely not, but hey- it’s an experience and we had a great time together. We definitely paid for the GR name vs. the quality of food. Can’t say I would ever go back. 🤷🏾‍♂️ OVERALL: ⭐️⭐️💫 (2.5 stars)

I surprised my husband with a Gordon Ramsay lunch for Valentine's Day and it was so worth it. From the time we walked through the door until we left the staff made us feel welcome, and where attentive to all of our needs and request. The food was so flavorful and the wine pairings were spot on. The lobster risotto was buttery, melt in your mouth, the Beef wellington perfect and the sticky toffee pudding perfect.

We waited a while to try Hell’s Kitchen because of negative early reviews from “foodies“. We are sorry we waited so long. Everything about our evening was perfect. The service was gracious. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better combination. We will add this to our list of restaurants for pre-theater dining before Arena Stage.

I have been to several high end steakhouses and I don’t think the quality of food and drinks here was any special. I actually found my filet mignon to be quite salty. The automatic 20% service charge was a big turn off for me! They include this service charge automatically and none of this goes to the servers as tips! According to them, 16% is distributed to the service worker and 4% is used for their workers benefit. It sounds all nice and good, but why does the customer who is already paying for an expensive dinner have to eat this cost? Whatever benefits the employer wants to be provided to their staffs should already be included in the cost of the meal and drinks. Anyways, at the end of dinner you feel like you’re tipping close to 38-40% because you want to leave your server a nice tip! While this surcharge notice is on their website, I had absolutely no idea. I could imagine many other customers probably felt blindsided like me as this is not industry standards. Sometimes restaurant automatically include a gratuity regardless of the size of the party. But including a 20% what I think should be gratuity and none of it is tips is absurd!! You’re pretty much paying for the name here. There are far more better steakhouses than this in the city.

With so much hype behind the name, you are never sure that a place will live up to the expectation, well that wasn't an issue here. The whole experience was amazing. We arrived early and waited less then 5 mins to get the absolute best table overlooking the new snow fallen harbor. The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. I highly recommend the Beef Wellington and definitely add the truffle butter !! You should expect that a dinner for 2 will be pricy, but it was a fantastic foodie treat.
