Our server Tyler was the best! First time at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back. Delicious food and excellent service. Beautiful restaurant, too.

Is it fair to rate a restaurant during a soft opening? If so, here it goes: the back of the house killed it; from the bread to the amazing wellington was perfect. The amuse-bouche was a bit cold for me, was really good for my wife, and I forgot as soon as I tasted the bread. It was quite entertaining to sit near the pass and hear all the training and teamwork going on. The front of the house has a way to go, however everyone was courteous and helpful. There were a few misses with coordination between staff members, some rearranging that maybe was unnecessary, some timing imperfections, but it's all good; we'll be back. Overall, good work to the team!

Food was exceptional. The porterhouse and the Japanese Wagyu were absolutely incredible, as well the lamb. Service was very attentive, although obviously working some very small bugs out before open. Strongly recommend

My experience at GR Steak was probably the best dining experience I've ever had. The Risotto was cooked to perfection and tasty. The Tomahawk steak, Heirloom Carrots and Potato puree was simply delicious. For dessert we had the Cheese cake and Chocolate Tart which were the perfect cap of our experience. The wine list is very impressive and my wife enjoyed a Scotch. Our server, Lucas, was very attentive to our every need. His knowledge of the menu and the intimate details of every dish truly showed his dedication to our evening. The ambiance is stunning down to every detail. We were very full and satisfied with our date and we cannot wait to go back.

Had dinner at the new Gordon Ramsay Steak at River Rock Casino during their soft opening. It was incredible! - The food was terrific, especially the Wagyu. - The atmosphere was super stylish - the whole vibe was fantastic. But honestly, the service was the real star of the show. - Our server, Janine, was amazing; her assistant (we're so sorry we forgot his name!) was also super helpful. - Shout out to Michael, who took some great photos for us - Civan, our sommelier, was incredibly knowledgeable. Later, we discovered that he was the food service director of a luxury cruise line! The wine pairing was perfect with every course, and honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Here is a partial list of the must-try food items: - Grande shellfish platter - Wagyu steak from Japan - Wagyu steak from Australia - Sticky toffee pudding - Cheesecake Our friend even gave it a perfect 100/100 score (49 for food, 51 for service!), and we agreed LoL — two-thumbs up.

Excellent service. Lucas was amazing! The food was great overall. Quite pricey, but hard to find elsewhere in Richmond. The ambiance was ok, but our table was located in the bar/lounge, really close to the public area, so it wasn’t as intimate as I’d like. There is a more private and intimate restaurant section which seemed a nicer setting.

We were there for the soft opening and had an incredible night. Food was top notch and the space is amazing. Staff were super attentive but were still working through a couple things (which was to be expected for a soft opening). Will definitely be returning!
