Poor experience at Gourmet Burger Kitchen Liverpool. Service was very poor as server told us to order on the app. After 5 minutes trying and failing as app would not open we called them over again. We were then told to go to the till to order which we did one by one. This took 15 minutes. We had an hour and a half before going on to Flight Club but had to leave some of our food and drinks because it took so long to arrive. At one point after we had been there 25 minutes I asked where our drinks were to be told "there they are on the counter, they will be with you soon". I turned round to see them all on a tray at the counter and still had to wait another 5 minutes so 30 minutes all together to get our drinks. Our food took another half an hour before it arrived. We were told that there were no onion rings so we should order something else. We ordered mac and cheese and that never arrived, but the onion rings did then arrive. Very poor experience.
