   Our food was terrific and the service was top notch. The sweet onion toast and calamari were stand outs. My “Detention Bound” cocktail was delicious. They were clearly understaffed behind the bar, so drink service was awkwardly slow. But everything else was spot on.

   We started dinner with the spring onion tart appetizer. Really tasty. For my main entrée, I had the salmon. There was a delightful crust on the outside, and the fish was still moist and tender. The poblano peppers in the accompaniments added just a little bit of heat, which made it a really tasty dish. My husband had the brick chicken, which came with fingerling potatoes. It was scrumptious. We shared crème brûlée for dessert. The sugar crust on the crème brûlée was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Cocktails were great. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. Recommend a visit.

   The first two times we were there it was great. This third time, not as good. Food came out too fast. Told them I dropped my butter knife and got butter on floor. They never did clean it up. The n cut table the sat next to us stepped in it. The clam were under cooked. Told them and they said they would tell the cook and we never heard any more about it. They took them back and that was it. The other food we ordered was good though. Maybe it was just a bad evening.

   The service is definitely outstanding. Make sure that you get their featured salad with the figs. It's right on! The Detention libation hit the spot with both the name and ingredients.

   Cocktails came 25 minutes after they were ordered. Too long. Ribeye good flavor but chewy. Didn’t seem like high quality beef. Pork chop too had good flavor but was tough. Fingerings and green beans great flavor and texture. Will probably try again.

   Myself and three others visited Graphite for the first time. Our food was very good. We also really enjoyed the drinks especially the carrot cake espresso martini. However, the service and time to get our food was lacking. We waited an hour just for our salads. We had to ask the waiter where our salads were and they forgot to put our order in. They also did not apologize for their error which didn’t sit right with me.

   Second time we have been here. tried a bit later into the evening. Waitress was in training but performed good but a little slower since it was busier and after 6 pm. The restaurant is still newly opened and training people. They begin breakfast service next week. A little disappointed that we missed the 4p- 6pm fried fish special, would have liked it continue through the evening. The other fish options on the menu were good variety. They change the menu since a week ago. They change the menu often enough to keep it fresh and continue to offer new dishes, so it doesn't get boring.

   Excellent food and very nice ambiance. Would be helpful to redirect the air flow off bench seats in dinning room as bet cold and made food cool off way too fast.

    We went on a Tuesday night so there wasn't much of a crowd. The decor was new and modern. The menu was not extensive but had good choices. The Graphite Salad accompanied my main dish and was very tasty. My filet was very tender and the side dishes had great flavor.
