   The baked Barramundi was tasty but it took us about 10mins to place our order after having asked a waiting staff member to kindly allow us to order our meal. Basically, insufficient staff there today to cater for the number of diners and hence long delays....casual staff also seemed to be very inexperienced so, service poor...not wonderful when you are paying an extra 17.5% loading for the holiday. Would also mention that the chairs we used at the table (white woven plastic) were uncomfortable and angled back too much to allow for comfort when eating.

   The food was absolutely delicious and so good presented. But oh dear, can’t even call it service. It was horrible. A manager taking us to our table and asking what water we want, and never getting it, waiting 40 minites for a waiter to get service. Waiting a half an hour for first roynd of drink?! Don’t think we’ll be back. Sad though, the steak was super!!

   My mum & I had the GZ 3-course lunch deal today. We had made a reservation so had a great little table right on the front. Staff were all friendly & attentive & the food was absolutely delicious. No dinner required tonight that’s for sure. Thanks GZ crew!

   Fabulous food. Loved the lamb souvlaki and was husband equally impressed with his calamari starter and snapper.

   Hi Tania Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, we also know that things don’t always go perfectly. We acknowledged the beer spilt and immediately replaced the platter, adding extra calamari as a gesture of goodwill. We also ensured that the food was taken off your bill to make up for the inconvenience. Regarding the wait time, we did experience an unexpectedly busy lunch along with a function, which caused delays, and we appreciate your patience. We regret that we couldn't offer you a waterfront table on the spot as they've been booked out weeks in advance.
