I went to Grindstone for a valentine's day Brunch before the valentine's day train ride on the nickel plate. The food was great and the service was outstanding.

The mood and decor inside was 🔥. The evening lighting was dim; not dark - and it's perfect. Decor and style is a throwback to a prohibition style speakeasy. Great food, wonderful service from our server, and the drinks were great. We had the ribeye and filet - medium rare. Garlic butter and prepared to the perfect temperature. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts too! We'll definitely be back to support this gem in downtown Noblesville.

Feb. 14th Valentine's day dinner with my wife at the Grindstone PH was nice. Pre-dinner drinks were very good (Pinot noir & Old fashioned). Service was just okay on a very busy evening. We didn't get napkins with our drinks and had to ask for tableware after our dinners were already served. Ambiance was nice, but either the seats were low or the table was high in the booth we were seated at. Whichever it was it felt a bit uncomfortable dining. Both of our meals were really well prepared and tasty! (Chicken & 1/2 rack ribs) We will be back again, but will ask for a table instead of a booth.

Orange Chicken was very flavorful and an excellent value. First time I have ordered it and will most likely repeat next time I'm there. I have never had a bad meal or experience there. Enjoy dining there.

Food was good. I ordered a drink from the bar (Paloma), and it wasn't great. I'm not sure the person at the bar knew exactly what they were making. The service was a little rough--the waitress didn't write down our order, so the things that we requested didn't happen (no sauce on the sliders; sub'd veggies for slaw, etc), and we had to ask for silverware three times. It's expensive to eat out these days, so there is an increased expectation of service.
