Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen + Bar will feature Fieri’s “creative menu of bold flavors,” including dishes like his Trash Can Nachos, Jalapeño Pig Poppers, Bacon Mac-N-Cheese Burgers, and sandwiches, burgers, and entrees.

Desserts on the menu will include a Dark Chocolate Whiskey Cake, and Guy’s Cheesecake Challenge, made with marbled cheesecake, crushed pretzels and potato chips drizzled with hot fudge.

The restaurant will also feature a full bar, with cocktails like the Caliente Margarita, Tattooed Mojito, and Flavortown’s Long Island.

    Not my favorite Guy Fieri’s location. Poor food options greasy fried food Or burgers. Loud and diner style seating. Waitress was great!

    The Valentines Day Special was good. The steak was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was okay, but could have used more seasoning. The advertisement led me to believe dessert was included in the price, but that was not so. We had reservations, but were seated in the booth closest to the front door which opened up to the casino lobby. Whenever the casino’s front door opened, we felt the draft of cold air from outside. I marveled at how many people walk really slowly through the doors and let lots of cold air in. This was at least our third consecutive Valentines Day dinner at Guy Fieri’s, but the two previous ones gave us more features, like wine and dessert in the Valentines Day meal package.

    The caesar salad and the meatloaf were really good. I didn't care for the deviled eggs, but my husband liked them. The service was a little slow, but not bad enough to complain about since they seemed short staffed. We will eat here again.

    Food was not that great. Paid 18.00 for a pizza that was so thin you could not pick it up not to mention crust was burnt. Shrimp Brushetta was ok would have been better if tomatoes were not so cold.

    Average food quality and taste. Nothing unique or what I would think was scratch made. Just a meal not great not bad. Didn’t really live up to my expectation of a “flavor town” experience. There is definitely room for improvement for a brand that suggests a higher expectation. The menu is also small and not very exciting. We were hoping for more from the experience .
