I paid $29 per for the VIP. My review is very honest. Love Guy Fieri. No question. Food came out warm to cold. Prices were very high. No question. Service was awesome. I know what they aspire to be. Would be great if the food was hot and the draft beers weren’t flat. Three Pilsner beers and three entrees totaled almost $300 for The Horseshoe. Better off going to his other property at The Linq. My grade is C-

Made reservations at 10:30 pm, showed up right on time and told that we were there too late and the kitchen was closed. Then over open table couldn't cancel the not honored reservation, so I couldn't use open table to book another place. Not great at all.

i have visited multiple times as its a great place to watch a game. over 50% of the visits service was an issue. seems like there is a problem with Staffing so be prepared to have long waits to order food and drinks when at a table vs. bar.

Food was yummy but they seemed to be very short handed so the drink service was very slow. Server was slow to come back to table too

Food was delicious! Waitress was very nice but I forgot her name. She made sure we were happy with everything. She was very busy but still had a smile!

We paid for the private table area with TV to enjoy the sports and rodeo while dining. We saw our server 2x during our 2.5 hr stay. We had to ask to get a refill and for our ticket. We were set on a couch with absolutely no support and the table was the size of a dinner plate and moveable. The area was not private and other people made their way and took over the couch. Our food was soggy and cold when it was delivered. We asked to speak to a manager and they never came over. We will not be back. I highly demand you try a different resteraunt and not waste your time and money. Sherry R Dec 2024
