   Firstly , as a birthday table we were given one at the end near a kitchen which wasn’t great. I asked for a nice table on the reservation We asked for LP champagne in arrival and was given house wine but quickly resolved. Our waiter Joseph was kind and warm, and tried to keep on top of the table however we had to ask for the plates to get cleared. Ask for the champagne to be topped up. not much attention. The place needs more staff. ! The food was absolutely gorgeous and hot. Flavoursome wouldn’t change anything. Drinks were yummy. Best Also requested a table for shisha after dinner from the waiter told it wasn’t possible until resolved by manager. Although we were told it was too late while sitting other people were given tables after us. From eating and getting the bill it took an extra hour which is insane! We shouldn’t have to leave the table to ask for service Asked for w cocktail and tea. Staff took 20 minutes just for us to ask and be told sorry we can’t provide that bar is closed. Which was fair, however would have nice for staff to let us know rather than chasing to find out.

   The food was extremely bad, overpriced, and the portions were very small. It also took way too long to arrive. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant

   Took my mum and sister with me for an early mother's day dinner. Overall we had a very nice time, and the service was good 😊 the only thing I'd say is the portions are a bit small for the prices but regardless it was all delicious! Thank you

   Beautiful food, very attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us, they went above and beyond. Ambience delightful. Really enjoyed everything about our visitand will definitely be visiting again soon❤️

   A really beautiful restaurant, nice ambiance and decoration. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the food was very nice and beautifully presented. However, my daughter and sister had the jumbo prawns which was too spicy. We are used to spice but this was as if someone had put the entire bottle of chilly on the prawns. For the 5 of us we spent just over £200 so depending on your budget that’s about £50 per head. I’d recommended this restaurant.

   Went for Iftar, waitress rushed us through our order. Just came across as passive aggressive throughout the evening tbh. Ordered lamb shank after she said it fell of the bone and was soft. Found the lamb shank rather dry to chew even with the additional sauce. Most definitely did not fall off the bone. A supervisor which the waitress called suggested the least he could do was take it off the bill. I even asked if I could take it away since the meal was barely touched (was told they don’t offer take away?) When brought the bill hadn’t removed the lamb shank, and when asked about it waitress proceeded to call someone else. Just to again deal with further passive aggressiveness. Second waiter now offered to remove our drinks from the menu claiming that it would at least cover half the price of the lamb shank and that’s all he could do. Not listening to what we were actually saying. Now who asked about the money we’re getting off or what you could do for us. This then led us to further explain that a supervisor had suggested this previously and we did not make this up nor asked for the bill to be reduced unprovoked. Eventually removed it after a chat with said supervisor. Honestly just an unnecessary distasteful interaction. Cute decor, our starters were nice. Truffle ravioli was meh. Nothing special especially for Manchester.

   Honestly ruined our anniversary evening! Was given a drink to begin with that tasted completely off which was then replaced. The starters arrived and were so bland that we said lets cancel our mains after 2 bites and leave but within 2 minutes of the starters arriving they turned up with our mains and over crowded the table! We were in shock at the ‘Kabsa rice’ it was literally microwaved savoury rice with some nuts and sultanas placed on top. The sides were below standard and all of the food lacked flavour! We had a table next to us with a young child playing a game on their phone (which is fine) the staff were all looking around & up at the ceiling to see where the loud alarm noise was coming from and after telling them it was the childs phone they kept going over to check with the family/child but never once asked for the volume to be put down. We spent 1 hour listening to loud games and noises from a child’s phone after arranging childcare for our own children! Not a nice experience or atmosphere at all! Please save your hard earned money and dine elsewhere. This place is just a instagram photo opportunity and paid fake reviews!
