Seattle restaurant weekにて訪問。Appeはボリュームもあり、味も美味しかった。mainのブレゼの筋が固すぎたのと、量も少なかったように思いました。ただ、ソースや付け合わせなど、味付けに関してはどれも本当に美味しかったです。他の料理も食べてみたいのでまた伺います。

Food was great. I believe there were some staffing issues so service was a bit slow. They generously gifted us some complimentary glasses of wine.

We booked a reservation during Restaurant Week and had the absolute best dinning experience. The service was amazing, and Ryan, both Davids, Frank and Monica all made our experience so fun and memorable. The food was amazing and the drinks were top notch. Next time we are in Seattle we will be back!

A truly spectacular meal, with exquisite service. Everything, from the first appetizer, to the wine pairings, to dessert, was divine. We were fortunate to enjoy the fixed menu as part of Seattle Restaurant Week. My partner and I are ecstatic about this restaurant! It is very expensive. This is a restaurant for very special occasions, when you want to feel pampered.

First time but we’ll definitely be back. Great food, friendly staff. Noise level was refreshingly low - not having to shout to be heard by our tablemates was a delight.

The bartender who was also our waiter was awesome! Made the best black Manhattans and was very charming. Love him! That said the food was meh. This was restaurant week so perhaps not their normal menu/preparations. The braised beef was fatty, salmon just so-so. The clam appetizer had many “duds.” However the chicory salad was great. IFairly limited restaurant week menu. There are other great food options in the neighborhood.

First time at Haerfest and we would definitely recommend it to others. The staff was friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable about each dish. We had the chef’s tasting menu which was a great way to experience a broad selection of their menu and chef’s range of dishes. Our top tastes were the delicata squash app, clams app and the NY Strip on a parsnip purée(to die for).
