Hakkasanは、先駆的な考えによりイギリス内の中国料理の様相を自力で変えたレストランとして知られています。ミシュランの星を獲得したロンドン店は、2003年以来中国料理と中国の高級インテリアデザインの基準を打ち立ててきました。Hakkasan at Fontainebleauでは、昔ながらの伝統的な広東料理や伝統料理を現代風にアレンジした特製料理が楽しめます。ワインの開栓料は、2本までが750mlにつき30ドル、3本目以降が750mlにつき70ドルとなります。

We were disappointed. After visiting the London location, this was a letdown. Our table was virtually on top of the 2 tables next to us. The food quality was average at best. The wine list was exceptional and the service was fine.

We had a reservation for weeks to try this spot out and ended up being placed in a small table after waiting 20+ minutes just so we wouldn’t have to wait longer. We were in the restaurant 54 minutes before we got our drinks. The food tasted good, but for the price we paid ($217 per person for a tasting menus and only one drink) it was *not* worth the price. The servers seemed bothered by their patrons’ presence and there was barely any attention between courses. The music was fun, the decor was cool, but it was tight. I wouldn’t pay that money for this experience again.

Came here for Valentines' Day. The vibe is very Miami, which was to be expected (loud EDM music). The food was excellent, but our service was terrible. I am not sure if because we did not order alcohol we were "forgotten" about, but we rarely saw our waiter and had to wait quite awhile for water refills and to get our check.

Incredible dining experince! The food 🥘 was sensational! Dom sum was yummy, Crispy duck salad delicious, the stir fried rice and sea bass were scrumptious! Tasty drinks and wonderful service in a really cool, darkened atmosphere with bumping background beat! Highly recommend!

Service is as on point. We followed our waiter’s recommendations and everything was fantastic! Party of 2 so we couldn’t do a set menu but we had the Dim sum platter, Sichuan chicken and yueng chow fried rice. Fabulous!

The food and service were amazing. On the expensive side but they brought so much food we had lots of leftovers. We did the shou family style meal setup (4 people) and everything was delicious!

Dim Sum was excellent but otherwise the food was average. We didn’t get the suck so maybe that was a mistake. The fire alarm and announcements went off and staff and patrons ignored. Talked to management and they said it happens all the time. They need to communicate better and more quickly with patrons. If there was an issue, it would have been a major issue.
