Wish I could give a proper review, restaurant was closed. We were not contacted even though we had a booking. Very poor.

Drove all the way there from Penrith, paid for parking for it to be closed, said it was open online and even let me book a table ?

Our service was terrible. Took forever to even get our order taken then a drink was forgotten and waited over 10 minutes for it. The server seemed overwhelmed or maybe just annoyed in general.

It was nice and exciting our table was over looking darling harbour, entrees were great but they forgot our main meals and our son had eaten his main and they had cleared the plates and we still didn’t have our mains 1 hour after ordering, when we asked they came out but were cold! Which isn’t good for chicken… we asked for our bill and took another 10 mins and then no thank you or how is your meal just this is $14O tap your card here, little disappointing to be honest it was for our wedding anniversary

Always love coming here, food is great, staff are kind and music is good. Vivid is an insanely busy time so noise level was quite high, but no complaints

Booked table for 6:45. Didn’t get a table til 7:15 which was a shame as had a cruise booked for 8. So had to rush ordering and eating. Nice food and waitress was lovely and accommodating.

Nice enough. It is what it is. It’s busy and noisy. Service is slow. Food is average - but kids loved it. Great view for vivid but wouldn’t hurry back.

Overall it was an OK experience. When we arrived it took a while to get seated even though we had a reservation. Wait staff were pleasant but restaurant seemed understaffed. We would have ordered a second or third round of drinks for the table but no one asked. Food was tasty. Some portions were a bit small considering price. Ambience was good but restaurant interior and furniture are tired.
