Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Amateurish!
I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. I ordered a bottle of wine, and after waiting 25 minutes, a staff member finally came over—only to tell me it was out of stock. Why did it take so long to figure that out?
We received our menus and specifically asked to wait 10 minutes before getting our food so we could enjoy our lunch at a relaxed pace. However, the pasta arrived just one minute later—completely ignoring our request.
Then came the biggest disaster: my black truffle risotto arrived ice cold. I sent it back, expecting a fresh, properly heated dish. Instead, it returned one minute later, now covered in parsley—which was NOT listed as an ingredient on the menu. When I asked the manager, Melissa, why my dish was covered in parsley, she insisted it was in the menu description. Well, guess what? It wasn’t!
As an Italian who has lived in the UK for 20 years, I know what proper service and food should look like. Lying to customers and making excuses is the height of unprofessionalism. If you can’t own up to your mistakes, you don’t belong in the hospitality industry. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like an afterthought.
