The food was good! The Chilean sea bass was amazingly delicious and I highly recommend! Fun place and grew atmosphere! Staff was super friendly. The only downfall is they do not serve coca-cola products, it’s an of brand and wasn’t very good. Other than that, all good and I would go back!

Awesome decorations, cool ambiance. My soul left my body for a minute due to a scare but made our family outing even better, we couldn’t stop laughing. Surprised it doesn’t stay busy all week long!

What a wonderful experience! Food was delish!! Wait staff was great and just the whole experience was amazing! Will for sure spread the word and be a return customer. We drove over an hour to get here and was not dissapointed.

Took my granddaughter for her birthday. Service was good as was the food. Table visits by the different characters made it fun!!

This was a fun choice to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! The food was good and the cocktails were even better. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food after reading some of the reviews. The kids menu selections were a hit with our group and the calamari was delish. I think this place deserves a second chance.

The wait wasn't too long and the ambiance was very nice. Spooky, as expected. Waiter was in a rush, didn't explain menu options, initially told us we had to share a dessert but then changed his mind. The food was unremarkable. No flavor. Bland, but presented well. Desserts were dry and bland. Lovely atmosphere but not worth the price.

Our reservation was at 8:30pm and after an hour and a half we were still not served so we left. They seated us in the corner where the bartender was our waiter and he was super busy so we were not acknowledged until about 15 minutes after seated (not his fault it was Valentine’s Day). Another waiter took over and was super nice but not sure if there was miscommunication about our food because after an hour he said they just put our order in we driver an hour to come experience this restaurant and did not even get to try the food. Disappointed.

Made reservations for 8:45 got there almost a hour early and checked in understood we were going to have a wait. The man called us up and it wasn’t our turn which was embarrassing then. There was a open 8:15 slot he didn’t offer to us luckily I was able to grab it my self then he let 3 tables whom were egregiously late sit behind us one of them was a 6:45 and it was 8pm furthermore a 8:15 table showed up and he sat then before us and looked at us while doing it and we were a 8:15 then when I confronted him he gave us a table in the back room of the place worse experience ever especially on Valentine’s Day furthermore it was evident the place was clearly understaffed and the people they did have didn’t seem competent to even serve a glass of lukewarm water
