    Service was terrible. They didn’t have things we ordered. Eg ran out of bread albums 12.15! Offered salt and pepper and didn’t bring it

    When we arrived we were left standing at the door for a while along with others and with no acknowledgement that we were there despite having booked. Food was good but skimped a little on toppings and didn't look like the menu pictures. The place is selling itself on indulgence so shouldn't be doing that. Lastly, we asked for a menu item but with a different flavour of ice cream and this was point blank refused! Why?
