Haywire is a Texas-inspired restaurant known for larger-than-life dining experiences, an award-winning wine cellar and extensive list of highly allocated whiskeys. Haywire delivers a true Texas experience through an innovative farm-to-fork menu complete with vendor partners representing every corner of the state. Guests are encouraged to take a journey through Haywire’s curated menu of locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. We had a late reservation, so we sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers while we waited. Bar staff were friendly. They we busy so we got our drinks a little slow. Specialty drinks and appetizers were tasty. Dee was super! Once at our table our server Ezra was great. Offered a great wine pairing for our steak selection! Other than the noise level we had a great experience!

As always, we had an exceptional experience! The food, the service, and of course, the Haywire 🥃 was top notch. Our server, Kennedy, was the best!

Bar drinks and times were brutal. Server tried but could not overcome the slow service. Steaks came very undercooked. Didn’t really feel welcomed or appreciated.

They still have some wrinkles to iron out. Had to wait 15 minutes past reservation time to be seated. Had asked for standard seating but got high top. Manager was nice and offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Food very good. When waitress brought tab, she wasn’t aware of comped drinks and charged us. We corrected it and she agreeably complied. We’ll wait awhile before returning.

Food very good. Everyone loved their order. Prices for entrees at brunch averaged $18+. Glasses of wine and drinks reasonable. We’ll go back.

Beautiful restaurant with that true Texas ambiance. The food was spectacular but the highlight of our dinner was the whiskey bread pudding. Fantastic!
