HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails. Chance was a great server! We went for a business dinner with a customer from mexico and they were blown away with the food & service!

Enjoyed our first time here! We got the sampler appetizer platter and enjoyed each item. Would have liked to know what each sauce was however. One app plate looked dirty from the dishwasher. Entrees - burgers were large, buns looked picture perfect, juicy, flavorful. Fries were crispy and seasoned well. I had the blackened bass which was very flavorful as well, loved the pickled beet salad on top. Brussel sprouts were a little too soft for my taste. My other fellow diners had the low and slow chicken which was tender, served with handmade tortillas, and the chipotle meatloaf which was spicy for my dad's palette but likely not too spicy overall. SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT! We love the cinnamon roll pecan pie, it is the best! We tried the bread pudding and it was a close second. Highly recommend both! Our server was attentive without being overly present. Great for suggestions for first timers. The restaurant is a bit dark and loud, energetic feel.

My fiancé and I went to haywire for my birthday.. we enjoy the atmosphere and decor. We were promptly greeted and showed to the table, waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Started with the onion rings cooked to perfection had a haywire old-fashioned Texas pour. I got the baby back ribs which were fall off the bone and she got the stuff fillet. The mac & cheese was very good too. The only downside was our table was beside the wait station, which was a little noisy and busy, but not too bad but highly recommend haywire for a nice evening and great food.

I wish I could remember the name of our waiter. He was not wearing a cowboy hat this morning, if that helps. He was excellent!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary dinner at Haywire. We had many options to eat elsewhere, but we've been to Haywire before (several times) and we enjoy the food and atmosphere over most of the restaurants we visit. We will return because Haywire always exceeds our expectations.
