Beautiful place, loved the scenery more and more by the second. Only problem was I wasn’t able to tip more than what they deserve.

The waiter was terrible. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee until I summoned someone over to get me a cup. When I did it was cold. Eventually got another cup which was hot. Never got asked for a refill. My food was also cold and my potatoes were dried out. I never had a bad experience until Sunday brunch !!

Mixed bag—oysters on half shell and blackened scallops very good, if pricey. Lobster pasta strangely sour and inedible—sent it back and it was removed from our bill without discussion—I got the feeling this wasn’t the first time they’d heard this. Tomato soup bland. Cocktails excellent, though many wines seem over-priced. Service is fine—friendly and accommodating. But the kitchen needs to be more consistent.

I go to Heirloom quite a bit. Sometimes lunch. Sometimes dinner. The place is lovely and the food, although better than average really could be better. I find the menu somewhat limited. More offerings would be nice. I’m a “2 starters” person who is partial to Burrata and tuna tartare. The Burrata served here has totally unnecessary wild greens of some sort and grilled squash, also a distraction. How about more tomatoes, fresh basil, larger Burrata and some fabulous balsamic vinegar? As for tuna tartare, not on the menu. Work on the menu a bit to come up to the caliber of the place!

This is our regular Christmas or Thanksgiving location. It’s never disappointed. Pricing isn’t “holiday inflated”, food is always on point, service is stellar. I’m big on cocktails and theirs are lovely. Thought out and executed well. Huge wine selection, and deserts that don’t disappoint. Put this place on your list.

Such a beautiful room. The food is very good quality but it was difficult to find anything we really wanted to eat. Bottle of Pinot Noir not worth drinking. Service polite but uninformed and unenthusiastic.
