   Overall Hestia was disappointing. The highlight was the service staff, which was exceptional. The sommelier was very knowledgeable. The food was extremely over seasoned and salty. My wife and I shared four dishes, and found only one of them satisfactory.

   First time! and it certainly won’t be the last. Service and food were top notch, and our server took time going through all of the options based on dietary restrictions which made the entire experience feel more personal.

   We did the tasting menu for our anniversary. We specified that we were non-drinkers and they greeted us with non alcoholic spritzer, which was an excellent touch. Every course was excellent. I would only note that it was salt heavy, but many of the salty tasting items wouldn't be salty just from table salt, if you have medical concerns. We received a surprise pre-dessert, a smoky flan. I don't love smoke+dairy, but the technique on the dessert was excellent, regardless of my personal preferences. They control service and you should let them, they know what they're doing. If there is anything they should know, put it on your reservation. Great experience, will definitely be visiting again and was absolutely worth every penny.

   Hestia provided one of the most memorable tasting menu experiences - the service was impeccable, personal, and approachable and the seasonal variety and creativity of each dish leaves me excited to come back for more. The tasting menu was lighter than expected (in a good way, still left absolutely full and satisfied) for an open flame forward spot and it was a pleasant surprise. Cocktails also great, the crispest martini!

   I expected a fabulous experience and I received it. The meal took almost four hours, but it didn’t feel like that at all…in fact I was shocked when I saw that much time had passed. All the servers were so knowledgeable and pleasant. However, I wish I’d known it as our companions had to leave early for their babysitter and we were sad they missed the end of the meal.

    Such an amazing experience. The food was the star of the show and the cocktails were amazing to boot. They definitely earned their Michelin star with the level of quality and creativity in creating their dishes. Best steak tartar I think I ever had. The mushrooms blew our minds. And the uni bread pudding bite was incredible. Rudy was a delight as well. Kudos all around!
