I don’t leave many reviews but…this is an exception. Nowhere to park so used the valet, but no valet person was there. Just a woman standing at the valet booth and when asked if they’re doing valet, her response was “yeah”. That’s it.
Only one person running cars, so had to wait 10min. When we got to the restaurant on the 11th floor we were seated and then left for 30min, no one came to the table. Eventually we got water and a menu and another 20min went by. We were laughing because looking around everyone in our section was out of drinks and water
We finally ordered an appetizer and a table next to use, who just sat down about 10 min, prior got their food before us. About 30 min later the waitress came by their table, picked up their food, brought it to our table, and then said it was a mistake and that they hadn’t touched it yet. Turns out, the other table had to track down a worker to tell them that it wasn’t their food. The waitress never came to their table. Can’t make this up
We ran out of drinks and water about 3 times. The table next to us was getting irritated they couldn’t close out their bill. After about 20min of waiting, the man got up and tracked someone down to tell them they wanted to pay their bill and leave.
We finally were able to get out of there 2.5 hrs later. Back to the valet to get our car and had to wait 10 min for the poor kid working his butt off. Gave him a $20 tip.
Poor service, poor attitude from the Valet woman, not worth the $160 bill. Shout out to Justin, the valet guy running cars who apparently was the only one working.
