    Please join us for an exciting dinner inspired by the ingredients and flavors of Spring in the Pacific Northwest! Our culinary team has put together a 5 course meal to be paired with an interesting selection of wines and spirits distributed through Bourget Imports. Dale Johnson with Bourget will be educating guests about the featured wines and cocktails, while Chef Garrett Green will chat about his custom menu. The evening begins at 5:30pm in Cora's Lounge with a cocktail reception and snacks, then continues in our dining room for dinner. The cost is $100 plus 20% gratuity, and is due upon reservation of your seat. There are a limited number of tickets available, so consider making your reservation soon! Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be accepted as payment for this special event.

    Overall, it was good. Service was awesome---our waitress has worked there some time and she was kind, her timing was great (with the food and drink) and her recommendations solid. I thought the food was ok. It was good. Prices range from reasonable to steep for what you get--example the squash salad was like a tiny app. We would probably go back with a coupon.

    Sunny beautiful day for vistas of the airfield. The table I had requested was reserved. Food was excellent I had a crab cake and side salad (quite large) with grilled shrimp. Cocktails are great too. Fun getaway in the city.

    We had Lauren as our server and a wonderful table along the window so we could see the flight line. It was a picturesque spot. The downside...there was a VERY ENERGETIC group next to us of "Whoo girls" that were several bottles/daquiri's into the evening and it took all we could muster to not get up and leave because my wife and I did not feel like raising our voices to have a conversation. Thankfully, we are both fairly good lip readers, so we were able to figure it out. The Food...!!!! AMAZING!. Asking for the low salt option is the way to go. We've dined here in the past and that one step made a world of difference to the flavour profile. I had the Sirloin and a salad, my wife the fish "stew" and a shrimp cocktail. Both were tasty and so filling, we had to take dessert to go! The beverage selection was kind of fun. We'll be back, just perhaps no right at the end of happy hour (6pm)!

    From the glass of Cava upon arrival, to the hors d’oeuvres, to the opera, to each course, to the dessert, to the Frank Sinatra finish this event was flawless. Marcus was amazing.

    Holman’s Table is an upscale restaurant with upscale prices. It has very good food and very good drinks and merits its cost. However, the staff has become very lax in dress and manner. The hostess was dressed as if she was ready to change the oil in her car. Very sloppy blue jeans and a well worn oversized cardigan. We felt as if we were about to be seated at the Waffle house. A food runner was dressed as if they were about to go to a sporting event. Nothing wrong with casual dress if you’re working at a casual restaurant but we have never considered Holman’s Table a casual restaurant. So if you’re looking for a special night out or a fancy dinner, Holman’s may no longer be the place for you.

    Their caesar salad was different but delicious. It had the romaine lettuce with the usual dressing and then a wide strip of bacon with an sunny side up egg on top. Served with a piece of garlic bread. Amazing but also filling. The short rib special was very tender and tasty with string beans and potatoes as sides. On Thursday nights bottles of wine are half price so the 2020 Opolo Cab from Paso Robles complimented the meal very nicely though it is a little young and will be better in 2-5 yrs. Jeff did a super job. I will return.
