At Hominy Southern Kitchen, we believe that good food is the staple to any great gathering. We are a family owned and operated restaurant inspired by the South. Chef Jacob Burkhardt, a Tennessee native, combines his love of southern cooking with local and seasonal ingredients offering a creative menu of elevated Southern Cuisine in the Heart of the Rockies.

We are open Tuesday - Friday for Dinner Service at 4:00 pm
We offer Brunch on Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and Dinner Service at 4:00 pm

During the Holiday Season we take online reservations for up to 4 guests. For parties of 5 or more, please call the restaurant for a reservation and to review our large party policy.

We have two outdoor porches that are available for reservations & walk-ins

    Super fun server named Dannie made our meal so enjoyable. We had friends visiting from Denver and it was fun to share apps and delicious fried chicken. Recommend smoky old fashioned.

    I so want to give more stars. The food was very good - so good they we ordered dessert. The bread pudding was doused in Hershey’s syrup. Really? A fat-free solution if low-quality cocoa and sugar. I cannot respect any restaurant that uses Hershey’s syrup. It’s better to put nothing on top than that junk.

    Excellent southern style cooking love the ribs, trout , fried green tomatoes. Good wine selection and cocktails. It's always busy which speaks to the quality.
