   The food was good, good ambiance, definitely great bang for your buck, they do serve a lot of delicious sides with your meal.

   I really wanted to love this place. The entry is so chic & cool, and the food was decent. But their service & attention to detail was obsolete. I made my reso on OpenTable and listed “anniversary” since it was my 3yr anniversary w my girlfriend. The initial greet was cold, w/ no spiel/menu explanation, no “hi welcome my name is…”, and not once did they mention the occasion. The server simply came over and asked “what do you want” like I’m at a McDonald’s. The last straw was missing one of our main courses that just never came out; Which was included in our “elite” package that just felt far too mid to be close to “elite”. The Snow Marble Short Rib (even w salt) tasted like plastic, the matcha dessert was awful (& not to mention the only option on the dessert menu).
