   so disappointed, I really wanted to like it, but it was a rip-off. Very over priced for average dishes. They refused to give us an outside table ( which was still available when we left). we paid 700+$ for 4. Everything was worse than average ( who likes fish with tomato sauce??) , steak was the only ok dish. where did my money go? we will never go back or recommend.

   Actually, OUTSTANDING. The best restaurant I’ve been to on the coast. I highly recommend, the service is exceptional, the food is phenomenal and the wine selection is brill 👌🏼 Thank you for the wonderful experience Humble on Duke 👏🏼

   We had an incredible dining experience at Humble on Duke last night. The food was exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that showcased rich Middle Eastern influences—every bite was bursting with flavour. The chilled lentil soup was truly exquisite. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who explained the menu so well and made us feel extremely welcome. The intimate ambiance created the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience!    This restaurant is a gem! From the moment we sat down, we knew we were going to be well taken care of. We opted to to do chef's choice menu with the 2 glass wine pairing and we were not disappointed. We asked to be surprised and surprised we were in a very good way! We started off with the chilled red lentil soup with aleppo, tahini yoghurt and crispy onion. All we could say was WOW! Flavour explosion! After this we had baba ganoush with house made turkish bread. Because my husband is coeliac, they did a brilliant job ensuring he had a gluten free counterpart. Snacks included the charred pickled peppers with labneh, chives and croutes and the wagyu pastirma with cornichons. Those were like a palate cleanser. Very tasty and wanting more. The chef's choice meat was a Westholme Wagyu 600g T-Bone steak. Unbelievable and melt in your mouth delicious. Stacy (chef) is highly skilled and "humble". And Wow she delivers to tantalize our taste buds!!! The waitstaff were exceptional too. Highly, highly recommend!
