This has happened to us more than once here. My husband orders thevribeye and I the rabbit. His steak is either well done or raw when he ordered it medium. My rabit comes to my table raw in the center and bleeding 2x?? Two different visits. We weren't going to wait to recook our food, so we didn't get tp eat because we were leaving after the experience. We were told no management was on duty, however, a lady from the bar comped the food and drinks and apologized. Being an upscale restaurant, the cook should be better! Obviously need a culinary chef to do the pheasant and the rabbit and if you offer steaks, they should know how to check the temperatures of the meat before serving them to customers.
