Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse is an award-winning, prime steakhouse specializing in aged USDA prime steaks. Our wait staff were excellent. Very attentive, but not intrusive. The ahi tuna tower was excellent. The steaks were undercooked for two of the members of our party, which threw off the pace of our dinner. Sides were no longer hot when the steaks were “fixed”. Didn’t have time for dessert since we had to wait for the steaks to be corrected.

Place is a little dated and not much on celebrating Christmas. One sink faucet in the men’s bathroom was broke off and lying in the sink. Heard women’s had one too. Food was above average tho.

Experience was a 10/10 like it is every time but I am upset they removed sushi from the menu. Besides that, I highly recommend Hyde Park.

Service was excellent and all our food was delicious. We had filet and aged ribeye was all tender and delicious. Red velvet was excellent also.
