Il Fornaioに足を踏み入れると、そこからイタリアへの料理の旅が始まります。早朝には、オーブンで焼き上げたばかりのパリッとした素朴な味わいのパン、淹れたてのエスプレッソを用意しています。ランチとディナー時にはパスタ、風味豊かなソース、石炭でローストされた肉と野菜が楽しめます。地元の小さなワイナリーのワインとともに、イタリアンシェフ、パン職人が作るような伝統料理や家庭料理が楽しめます。Il Fornaioはイタリア語で「パン職人」を意味しています。受賞歴のあるレストランで、本格的でユニークなイタリアのダイニング体験が楽しめます。薪でローストした肉、焼肉、鶏肉、狩猟鳥獣の肉、自家製パスタ、オーク材を使用するオーブンで作ったピザ、新鮮なサラダ、自家製スープ、デザート各種、焼きたての手作りパンなどを提供しています。2007年に、ワインスペクテイター・エクセレンス賞を受賞しています。

    Another great dinner at Il Fornaio. My friend and I decided to go for the DineLA event. The food was delicious (3 course dinner). We both had the salmon which was soo good along with our caesar salad. Our server Ivan was very nice too. Later, we had another server, Dan and he was super nice too. Dessert was the tiramisu---very tasty!! One of the best I've had. Definitely recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to return again! Many thanks!

    Literally the sweetest staff, everyone made our table feel so welcomed and like we were the only ones in the restaurant, it was really special. I ordered the vodka pasta and my husband ordered the salmon, both were excellent! The pasta, although a staple at many Italian restaurants, was uniquely it’s own from the sauce to its garnishments. The salmon was perfectly crisp and flavorful. Loved the ambience, it was quiet but still lively.

    Hadn’t been back since Covid and it’s good to see that the high quality food and good service hasn’t changed. The fusilli with roasted tomato sauce and burrata, pollo ai fungi and minestrone were as good as ever😀

    The server didn’t bother coming to ask us about the food. We waited for more than 40 minutes and turned out the server forgot to bring the plates, and the food became cold.
