    ピザを食べたかったが、釜が故障中で食べられず。しかし、一旦オーダーを取って、暫くしてから言いに来たので、他の料理をキャンセルすることも出来ず、仕方なく別のメニューを食べることになった。 また、アイスティーを注文して、ストローが無かったので、環境に配慮しているのか、と思っていたら他の席にはストロー付きで飲み物を出していたので、単に忘れただけのようだった。そこで、ストローをリクエストしたのだが、なかなか持って来ず。催促してようやく持って来た。

    雰囲気はいい感じ。 料理はブルスケッタとピザを注文。3ヵ月ぐらい前はどちらも素晴らしかったが、今回は調理する人が変わったのか3ヵ月前とは違う味。悪くはないけど、すばらしくもない。

    The portions are skimpy for the main dishes, especially considering the prices. Our service was excellent tonight.

    An excellent evening. It has become a much more expensive restaurant post-pandemic (Bistecca for $75!), but the food is excellent and the service friendly and efficient. The only quibble was that the busboy took our water glasses without asking if we were finished. Otherwise, no complaints.

    OutStanding! Wife and I had a Great experience here. I have Never had Calamari that was so soft and not chewy. She had the special lobster ravioli and I had gnocchi. Both were FanTastic! Tiramisu was UnReal. I have not had Tiramisu that was that good outside on NYC or Philadelphia where I grew up. There were so many things that I want to try and can't wait to go back! Loved it.

    Our waiter John was amazing. We went on Valentine's Day and the service was great. We were not rushed to turn the table. John was attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed everything about our experience. My wife and I frequent this location because every time we go we have a great experience.

    **A Wonderful Dining Experience at Il Fornaio - Santa Clara!** Our dinner at Il Fornaio - Santa Clara was made extra special by our fantastic server, John Orrock. From the moment we sat down, John greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our meal. What truly impressed us was that he even remembered my husband from a visit a year ago—such a personal touch! The food was absolutely delicious! My seafood linguine was a standout—the prawns and scallops were huge, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a treat! Great food, amazing service, and a welcoming atmosphere—thank you, John, for making our evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

    Uggh. Not sure what happened with Il Fornaio. I take my clients there all the time. The food has gotten terrible. For $32 the pasta with pesto dish was HORRIBLE. The sauce was bland and oily. The chicken was cut uneven and dry. Sooo disappointing. I’m not going back. Our server, Tatiana was very good. Friendly and attentive. Just super disappointing
