Service was great, we had a reservation and were seating promptly. The server arrived quickly to ask about water preference (sparkling or plain) and if we wanted a cocktail. The drinks arrived shortly thereafter and mine was fantastic. I got the "house" martinin which featured pineapple - it was chilled perfectly and the taste was great, not too sweet or syrupy. It was a refreshing choice for this time of year. The menu had a nice variety to choose from, I went with the fresh water fish which was flavorful, flaky and moist. My husband had the homemade gnocchi with crabmeat, which he loved. The portion was appropriate and he didn't feel stuffed when completing it. We were there for our anniversary and it was a perfect choice - definitely will try it again over the summer and sit outside on the deck/porch

Excellent service, attentive but not overbearing. Food was delicious served hot and packed beautifully. Quiet in the dining room we were in. Drinks were great too

Went to dinner with my friend to celebrate my birthday. Started with the cheese board which is always wonderful. My friend had the shrimp bisque and I had the arugula salad; both are always great starters. For our entrees, I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my friend had the grilled scallops risotto, neither of us could finish our entrees. Service was great, and atmosphere was delightful. We will be back again!

Ala carte menu. Food quality was very good as expected at this price point signature veal il villagio was very good, but, unlike the previous menu, no starch, pasta or veg. Included with the entree. Sides can be ordered with an average price $9. Salad, entee, a shared side, a glass of wine and coffee without gratuity is approximately $65. Per person. The service was good, nothing special. The kitchen was very slow, seated at 7, at least 45 minutes before salad arrived entre about 30 minutes, 2 hours plus. I'd reserve for a special occasion.

We enjoyed all of our entrees. Server was efficient and attentive. The only negative I have is that I feel that we are being rushed. Our appetizers and meals were served within 30 minutes. I like a more relaxed experience. I understand that the restaurant wants to turn the tables but at a fine dining establishment it should be a little more paced so the client can enjoy their night out.

Went for my husband’s 55th birthday, there were 7 of us. They seated us next to the fireplace, which I requested and although very cozy and perfect for a cold, wet evening, maybe not next time because there were ashes flying out of the fireplace and landing in our food and clothes. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was prompt and courteous. It was a slow night since it was Tuesday, so that is probably why the food came out so quickly. Will definitely go again, but not with the entire family because it was very pricey! But definitely worth it for a special occasion!
