I’m really disappointed. I was very clear that this was my birthday reservation. Why would you put us on the back table where we can barely see any performers. It was frustrating. Also the noise was way too much. It was so hard to hear the waiters and my friends. I didn’t feel like the restaurant acknowledge the birthday request or notes I gave.

I went to Ilios the first time and it was AMAZING probably because we went on a regular month with no holidays and anything special. This time we went on Dic 30th and it was horrible, the music was unbearable, chaotic, and the food disgusting. We had to order an extra dish for my daughter cause the first one was poorly made and they did nothing to accommodate us. Also, we made the reservation around the showtime and they pushed the show that day close to 10:30 when it’s usually around 9pm. I kept asking when about it and they kept telling me “in about 5 minutes” Sadly my experience this time was the worst at very high price tag! My advice is, if you want to try it, go on a quiet season, you may find it nice. But this place it’s not for a quiet dinner, this is more to have some fun!

This is a very upscale and lively restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and by far one of the best restaurants I have been to. I strongly recommend 7PM dinner reservations and stay after for the entertainment! Oh and please dress classy!!

La comida está deliciosa, la música, el ambiente, el show de fuego, quebrar los platos es una experiencia súper divertida y única. El show de fuego en Tulum empezó a las 9:00pm y quebrar los platos empezó 10:30pm. Realmente tienes que visitar este restaurante .
