Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

    Join us for a very special Holiday edition of our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house Sake Sommelier, and Sake Educator Noah Sain. This will be a two hour event from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, December 17. You will be greeted with a warm, holiday special drink, and your choice of Japanese curry with pork OR vegetarian mushroom congee. Sip along and learn about three different sakes curated by Noah. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! This will be a casual tasting and a great opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, meet sake fans, and learn more about sake, how it's made, and the people who make it!     Hands down my favorite bar/restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. Somehow it’s better each and every time. Food and drinks are outstanding and the ambience is incredibly unique.

    We had an amazing experience here, it was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Luckily, the sake sommelier was there and walked us through a really fabulous flight of sake. The owner stopped by our table to chat us up and Em, our server was a delight. 5 stars. 12/10 recommended!

    A unique experience, enjoying Japanese cuisine and curated music in a homey, intimate setting. The star of the meal was the sake tasting, paired to the menu if desired. The menu is small, but catered to all palates and courses. The meal gets pricey with the sake but make it a special occasion and it is well worth it! Waiters are very knowledgeable about the sake and will set up the tasting as per your preferences. Be prepared to spend $100 for two people.

    Inside was cozy and immaculate. Service was attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Food was perfect, satisfying, exciting, and suddenly exactly what I wanted to be eating.

    The ambiance was romantic and the music noise level was good. The food was ok, a bit over priced for what you get. The cocktails were great and ascetically pleasing and tasted delicious. My husband and I would have loved to order another Cocktail, but the server did not come to our table to ask if we would like another. The service was NOT good, servers did not ask if we needed anything, they were too busy talking to their friends that came to visit them. We would have loved to try more items on the menu, but the service threw us off and we paid and left. Due to the experience we will not go back again, there are so many other interesting restaurants to try. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t have a better experience for my husband’s bday dinner.
