Inakaya sits high above Hong Kong on the 101st floor of the International Commerce Centre. The restaurant lobby boasts an autumn harvest scene, exuding warmth and comfort. Just past the wine library is a chic bar with a mirror that reflects a spectacular view of the city. The décor evokes a modern Zen interpretation of a traditional sake brewery—complete with sake barrels, dark wood furniture and wenge flooring—providing an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The main dining area features a raised platform and movable screens, further elevating the incredible ambience.
The menu draws on 40 years of history in Tokyo. In addition to the robatayaki, there is superb teppanyaki, sushi, sashimi, washoku and kaiseki. All dishes contain the highest quality and freshest ingredients possible. The cuisine and atmosphere at Inakaya capture the spirit of Japan faithfully, transporting guests to the heart of Tokyo with every sumptuous dish.
