    First time visiting here after receiving a gift voucher as a Christmas present. Service was impeccable from start to finish, served by 2 lovely young girl

    Poor service, not a warm welcome. Had to keep asking to close the external door as so cold. Didn’t explain how to use the interactive screen. Food ingredients clearly low quality and taste below average. Prices was too high for calibre of food. Toilets were not clean, no way to dry your hands. To top it off, they charge you to use the interactive screen if you played one of the “games” (which held interest of my teenagers for about 3 minutes as they were so poor and unresponsive) Avoid and go to Itsu and save yourself the money or spend the money at Sushi Samba.

    We came in for bottomless . I will definitely recommend this place. The food is incredible. The drinks are always topped up and they really looked after us and made our celebration 10 times better we will definitely be back after finding this little hidden jam in Soho super happy!

    Had a great time with my family . We were able to eat delicious sushi, Korean ribs, and noodles. Prachi and Khushi were a great team. They took care of us and made sure we were happy. I recommend this restaurant for a fun night out with family or even a date.

    The staff were great, fitted us in early to eat and chased me when I left my gloves there. The food was ok, but for the price I was expecting more. £4.95 for a coke is a little hard to swallow even for London. The screens were novel and a fun idea, but one needed to be re-calibrated. We had 3 dishes (small dishes) and a bottle of water and that came to £60. Yes I know it’s London and they have games on the table but it was just overpriced and underwhelming. I’m sure others would disagree as it’s London so what do I expect and others may enjoy it so feel free to try it.

    Waiters didn’t know anything about the bottomless food and drink option - they wouldn’t let us as a group of 6 sit all on one table. The bottomless was £10 more expensive than it stated online. Food quality was poor - sushi options were stale and clearly made 24 hours in advance. Service charges added without asking. 1/10 would not recommend.

    We were so looking forward to going here for my daughter‘s birthday based on what we’ve seen online. The venue is cold and the food wasn’t much warmer. We bought the sushi and Tapas deal for all you can eat for 90 minutes about £39 each. The selection wasn’t great and for the better ones you needed to pay an extra £1.50 to £3 for each dish which defeats the object. The table games were good, but my daughter’s spot was out of sync so that was frustrating for her to play the games and pick things off the menu. Online the food option stated it was a mixture of Thai, Japanese and Korean. It was definitely no Thai food amongst the plates that we could choose from. The flavours were not very authentic with some dishes tasting just like others. Although the service was very quick, the decor was very low budget, it was cold and no atmosphere. when the bill came, they charge an extra £2.50 for the license of having the games on the table. I could not believe we would be charged for the animation licence, surely that should be what the company pay out of their own pocket as it’s supposed to be a part of the attraction that gets people to come and eat there! I asked them to remove this charge and the service charge as the total bill for the deal plus a juice and water was £102. I could’ve eaten at a far better quality restaurant in the warmth for this money! Definitely wasn’t worth the money which is so disappointing as we were really looking forward to going there. might be better in a larger group but you couldn’t play the games against other people on the table so maybe not!
