Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Along with an elevated culinary experience and exceptional service, vibrant yet alluring ambiance under the stars defines this dining experience.

This idyllic island hotspot offers al-fresco dining on the serene and romantic grounds at Wymara Resort, steps from the picturesque turquoise sea. Mirosch, who made a global name for himself with multiple “Best Restaurant” awards, is known for serving the freshest wild-caught fish using his own proprietary fishing methods. Indigo differentiates itself from the rest by offering classic flavors of the Caribbean, crafted with a twist from one of Australia’s best chefs.

    The ambiance was very nice. Service was good until it was time for dessert and the check. The swordfish was overcooked and a little dry. We should have told our server but didn't want to wait for a new entree. Not sure if I would go back.

    Our favorite dining experience on the island. Fabulous and varied menu, everything we ordered from the crab cakes to the crudo, swordfish to vegan pasta was amazing. We celebrated our birthday and they sang to us w ice cream and a candle! Finished our evening by indulging in the decadent sticky toffee pudding. Couldn't have been been more pleased with the food, service, and ambiance

    One of the best restaurants we visited in Grace Bay. Wide variety of menu choices, along with specials of the day. Fresh vegetables are used in abundance and diet restrictions are accommodated. Service was very attentive including a visit from the head chef.

    Beautiful setting in the Wymara Resort. We were placed in a quiet alcove, which was a perfect. The food was delicious. In all honesty, the menu is similar to Blue Water Bistro. A really lovely evening.

    This was by far the best dining experience we had on Provo and one of the better ones I've had anywhere. Chef Andrew made a point to talk with each table which was a nice touch. The service was impeccable and food and drinks both came unbelievably fast. All of the courses were delicious and the drinks were terrific.

    Ok food. Terrible service…except the the amazing hostess who kept her cool when no one else was. Didn’t catch her name, but the beautiful young woman did a fabulous job, despite the people around her.
