2025年1月8日〜2025年1月31日Indigo, by award-winning Executive Chef Andrew Mirosch, opened to critical acclaim 2& half years ago on The Turks & Caicos Islands, holding rank as Grace Bay’s #1 Restaurant on TripAdvisor since, also awarded as "Restaurant of the Year 2023" from TCHTA. This idyllic island hotspot offers al-fresco dining on the serene and romantic grounds at Wymara Resort, steps from the picturesque turquoise sea. Mirosch, who made a global name for himself with multiple “Best Restaurant” awards, is known for serving the freshest wild-caught fish using his own proprietary fishing methods. Indigo differentiates itself from the rest by offering classic flavors of the Caribbean, crafted with a twist from one of Australia’s best chefs.
