HONESTLY, the BEST Indian food we have ever eaten. The selection of items was amazing. The presentation, taste and atmosphere OUTSTANDING. The owners, husband and wife - Ajit and Sukhu - could not have been any nicer or friendlier. Their welcoming attitude and environment made us feel special. They have put their hearts and souls into making Indus Progressive Indian restaurant an experience like no other. The Bloody Mary, Masala Dosa, Mamma’s Cholle, Palak Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Poori and Naan ALL mouthwateringly delicious AND the pièce de résistance was the braised Lamb Shank Curry - OMG, the meat just fell off the bone and when Ajit told us all about where his Lamb Shanks come from - it was completely understandable, Fresh and Organic from Australia. PLEASE do not miss this place. We saw it on NBC’s “The Food Guy” and we had to try it and we are now SOLD on it and will be regulars. THANK YOU for coming to the Highland Park community. You ROCK!!!
