INTI, a small, but quaint Peruvian restaurant in West Palm Beach, located off Military Trail, next to the Domino's pizza place is a new spot. The food was good, not great, starting off with the Anticuchos (beef hearts marinated with panca sauce and served with golden potatoes and peruvian corn)as an appetizer. I had the Passion fruit beverage, made with Inca Pisco, very good. We had the Pulpo Anticuchero (grilled octopus) and the arroz con mariscos (peruvian seafood paella), both were satisfactory. The owner Jorge was there dining with his family as well. The portion was enough to share. I was so filled from my portion, that I couldn't move. This meal could have been followed up with dessert, but, alas, I was stuffed. INTI offers several, from chocolate cake to Passion fruit pie, to Alfajor (dulce de leche ) to Flan, but again, my portion was such that we shared it. I opted for an expresso. This was more like regular coffee. My overall experience was good. However, the experience was ruined by a service charge of 18% ($17.00) that was not disclosed and imposed on a party of 2. Where I would have given a better review, this action alone tanked my experience. I will not give them a second opportunity. YOU DO NOT SERVICE CHARGE A PARTY OF 2, much less without disclosure. To Jorge, I wish you luck, but you need to fix your service charge policy, leaves a bad taste in your palate.

I recently visited INTI Peruvian and had a mixed experience. The restaurant is located in a rather questionable plaza—when we arrived, there was a lot of loud singing and praying coming from a nearby establishment, along with a strong smell of weed. The parking lot felt unsafe, with some individuals wandering around, which made me hesitant to step out of my car with my family at night. Once inside, the atmosphere didn’t improve much. The décor was poorly executed and lacked any sense of warmth or authenticity. Unfortunately, it didn’t contribute to a pleasant dining experience. As for the food, it was decent but overpriced given the overall setting. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either. However, I have to give credit where it’s due—the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made a real effort to provide a great experience, which was the highlight of the visit. Overall, while the service was excellent, the location, ambiance, and pricing would make me hesitant to return. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend going during the daytime rather than at night.

We had a fantastic time here! Our table decided to go family style with the 2 specials that night (cerviche and a surf and turf with steak and lobster tail). We still talk about how excellent the food was! The surver was very knowledgeable on the food and wine pairing. Highly recommend and we would eat here again.

Great meal! We were a large unexpected party (started small and more people were added last minute) and they were very accommodating. The food was all delicious and we will be back!

Very authentic and delicious food. Interesting menu choices, with great appetizers and entrees. Spicy flavors but just the right amount of seasoning. This was a great find, and we will be back!

Wonderful food experience. We have never been exposed to Peruvian cuisine and I recommend this restaurant highly. Many people from Peru having dinner I would think that tells the story. We will return next time we are in the area.

Icarus provided exemplary service. The food was delicious and the cocktails were worth every penny. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This one is a hidden gem. From the outside, looks like a strip mall sandwich shop. Don't judge the book by its cover! Extremely satisfying food, top quality, fresh and large portions. Is a bit loud with background music but the menu was very unique, heavy on seafood, but some excellent flavors. This in one we will go back to
