本物のローリーを体験してください！1975年のオープン当時、Irregardlessはヒッピーやベジタリアンのためのスポットとして知られていました。80年代には、ノースカロライナ州で最初の喫煙を禁止するレストランになりました。今日、カフェはローリーで元々の所有者による営業が最長のレストランとなっています。年月とともに多くの変化を遂げてきましたが、基本的価値観は同じままです。受賞歴のある手作りの料理には、地元産のオーガニックの食材を使用しています。カジュアルな高級レストランIrregardlessでは、新鮮なシーフードや肉料理のほか、ベジタリアン、ビーガンやグルテンフリーのメニューアイテムも提供しています。すべて、環境を尊重したアイテムとなっています。ユニークなワインやクラフトビールのリストに加え、エスプレッソ、カプチーノ、25種類のルーズティーも用意しています。 毎晩ライブミュージックを提供しており、多くのミュージシャンがジャズからブルーグラスまですべてを演奏します。出演するミュージシャングループはウェブサイトに掲載しています。土曜の夜にはより大きなバンドが演奏し、音楽に合わせてダンスを楽しめます。 Irregardlessカフェは、友人同士が定期的に食事を楽しむスポットとして最適です。

    Food was excellent all around. However fries were lukewarm. I did not wish to wait for more, so did not mention to server.

    Was not crazy about the mushroom dish, it seemed tough to chew and I woke up with a sour stomach this morning. The potatoes and desert were delicious! Music was holiday live player very nice and the ambiance was wonderful. Service was impeccable as usual.

    Great little neighborhood restaurant. The food was great & service outstanding! Noise level was a little high- but the restaurant is small & well attended, so noise was unavoidable. Will definitely return!

    We dined with 2 friends last night. It was very Noisy. The dining room is open and loud. They would benefit by adding sound baffles.

    Our server Wes was efficient and extremely present. He read the table needs very well. I know I’m older and the crowd is generally much younger but the acoustics aren’t really conducive for conversation. I’d like to see the little hand held ‘guest check’ thingy show the net and gross. Hard to tip properly when it’s based on the gross amount. Nobody really needs to tip on tax.

    Our food and our server were both excellent. One member of our party has food allergies, and our server cheerfully did a great job making sure there were no issues.

    Date night must try. Staff was friendly and knowlageable. The food was very filling and drinks were tasteful. They had someone playing guitar and it made it feel like we were eating in another country. We can’t wait to plan another date night to Irregardless. Tables filled fast so it was very smart to reserve a table in advance.
