本物のローリーを体験してください！1975年のオープン当時、Irregardlessはヒッピーやベジタリアンのためのスポットとして知られていました。80年代には、ノースカロライナ州で最初の喫煙を禁止するレストランになりました。今日、カフェはローリーで元々の所有者による営業が最長のレストランとなっています。年月とともに多くの変化を遂げてきましたが、基本的価値観は同じままです。受賞歴のある手作りの料理には、地元産のオーガニックの食材を使用しています。カジュアルな高級レストランIrregardlessでは、新鮮なシーフードや肉料理のほか、ベジタリアン、ビーガンやグルテンフリーのメニューアイテムも提供しています。すべて、環境を尊重したアイテムとなっています。ユニークなワインやクラフトビールのリストに加え、エスプレッソ、カプチーノ、25種類のルーズティーも用意しています。 毎晩ライブミュージックを提供しており、多くのミュージシャンがジャズからブルーグラスまですべてを演奏します。出演するミュージシャングループはウェブサイトに掲載しています。土曜の夜にはより大きなバンドが演奏し、音楽に合わせてダンスを楽しめます。 Irregardlessカフェは、友人同士が定期的に食事を楽しむスポットとして最適です。

    The brunch menu is spare. Food was nothing special. One plate was cold. Service a little slow and they would leave the table without clearing plates that were obviously done. Orange juice was different and glass served less than full. This is a very popular place for brunch, but there are many places doing brunch in the area. I would try somewhere else next time.

    Food was very good, as always. Presentation appealing, service friendly and prompt. But the noise level is awful, very difficult to have a conversation. The walls and ceiling don’t seem to have any soft materials to absorb some of the sound. Maybe a few less tables would help the noise and the staff get around without trying to squeeze through small places.

    Been going here for 4+ years and the menu has always had great options for all. We leaned heavily on delicious vegan/vegetarian options which they scaled way back on (unfortunately).

    Party of six on Christmas Eve and it was outstanding. Good vegan options and great cocktails. Our server Omar was attentive and knowledgeable.

    This was a return trip for us—we brought family b/c the food is so consistently good. And the food didn’t disappoint! We shared 3 appetizers, each of which was simple and the flavors deliciously layered. Our entrees, artichokes, cauliflower, mushrooms and burger were cooked to perfection. Not being a vegetarian I’m always delighted that they are able to achieve complex flavors and wonderful mouth feel with their entrees! We were seated in a booth that was comfortable but the lighting, spotted from above was a bit glaring and the ambient noise was louder than I remember from previous visits seated at tables. Our server was, it seemed, training someone and there were mix ups with our order that were dealt with promptly and graciously—sometimes restaurants offer a little something to the table for the inconvenience, but not this time. The table service lacked a bit in that appetizer plates and empty beverage glasses were left throughout the meal. None of this diminishes the excellent food and we attributed it to training so expect the usual excellence at our next dinner—we WILL be back!
