ツアー内容
1.ガイドツアー 30分 $25.00
専門ガイドと一緒に酒蔵をご案内します。最高級の原料選びから、酒造りにおける細心の技術に至るまで、日本酒の複雑な製造工程をご紹介します。 お一人お一人に合ったツアーを体験していただくため、事前のご予約をお勧めします。
2.テイスティング・セッション 30分 $28.00（5フライト）、$18.00（3フライト）
酒のテイスティングセッションで五感を楽しませてください。デリケートな味わいと調和の取れた香りが、一口ごとに日本酒を至高の世界へと誘います。一本一本に酒造りにかける情熱と長きに渡る伝統技術、そしてハワイと日本の架け橋となるアイランダーサケブリュワリーの想いをご体験ください。
なお、夜の営業時間中の酒と料理のペアリングに関しては弊社の「Engawa by Islander Sake Brewery」より予約をお願いします。

Brewery Tour (Day Time)

From 1 PM to 3:30 PM, 25-minutes Tour

  • Brewery Tour Ticket$25.00

    Upon arrival at the brewery, tour participants are required to purchase tickets. After the tour, there will be a separate charge for tastings. It's possible to sample sake without paying for the tour ticket. The tour is designed for guests who are interested in learning more about the technical aspects of sake making.

          Such a lovely afternoon spent at Islander Sake. We had a reservation for a 3:30pm tour and showed up to be the only ones there (Thursday in March). My husband and I and our ~2 year old son sat on the patio for the sake tasting and were educated for 90 minutes (!) on the fascinating sake process, its history, and why Islander has made its home on the island. We could not have been more happily surprised by what a hidden gem Islander sake was. HIGHLY recommend.

          Sake tour and tasting was very informational. We learned alot about the culture and creation of sake. Very friendly guide. Tasting was excellent.

          5 of us went for a tour and tasting. The entire experience was delightful and educating. The Brewery is located inside the Hapuna Golf Club - there is no signage so just trust me. Turn into the golf club parking lot and you’ll find your way. The staff is charming. You’ll get an initial Sake tasting and the Master Brewer will take you on a tour. Sake has a rich history on the islands and of course, Japan. The tour is very interesting, lasts about 25’. We did the 5 Sake tasting. The pours were generous, the glassware gorgeous and the each Sake was distinct and delicious. They don’t import to the mainland yet but when they do, I’ll be a customer. I also now know how to look for, order and properly drink Sake. It’s worth your time to make visit the Islander Sake Brewery.

          Such a wonderful experience! Tada San, co-owner, led us on a very educational tasting experience of their sake which is made here on Hawai’i Island. The sake was wonderful, his story telling and execution were very insightful. Even the tasting glasses were beautiful. Will definitely be back and bring friends!

          This is a hidden gem with authentic Japanese food and sake. The setting is lovely, the service personal, and the food excellent. The flavors are fresh and distinct and they even accommodated a gluten free request beautifully. We added a sake flight (one glass is included with the set dinner) and enjoyed learning about the care with which they brew their sake (we asked even more questions). We will be going back for a third time, trust me. Don’t miss this unique experience!
