Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Our goal is to build on the foundations of classical Italian cooking to create a dining experience that respects tradition without being overly constrained by it.

                      If I could give them 10 stars for their service, I would. The crew at Itria has completely redefined my expectation of what incredible service should look like. The starters and pasta dishes were unique and very tasty. The ambience is hip but not too loud. Overall an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely be dining at Itria again soon.

                      The vibe is subtle but upscale and the food is incredibly delicious. Lettuces salad and pastas were amazing. Portions were perfect. Our servers were so kind and helpful and definitely added to the entire experience. This was a family birthday celebration dinner and all the pieces came together to make it unforgettable.

                      Just absolutely exquisite pasta. Interesting flavors, yet the familiarity and warmth of something like pasta. The fish / crudo section of the menu was also outstanding. This is Michelin star quality food. We got the tasting menu and were very full at the end. It's a good value.

                      This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory, not just in San Francisco but anywhere. Every dish we sampled we outstanding: the salads, the crudo, the pasta dishes, and the bass. The restaurant itself was lovely, and our servers were very warm and attentive. I look forward to dining here again when the next special occasion rolls around.
