   Started out with a bit of confusion regarding a booking but was all good in the end. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Food took a while to come as it was sent to a different table but the Manager was again very helpful and brought our food as soon as he realised it was wrong and then gave us a free drink card and was so sorry. Food was delish would go back again :) Shout out to the manager for awesome service!

   Food was fresh and beautifully presented Pastries weren't that nice Coffee and juice were delicious Coffee cups were teeny tiny Welcoming and polite staff Clean and well presented tables

   Should have seen the signs from the start… we got sat at someone else’s table (despite us making a reservation), waitress looked helpless and confused and I had to get my own cutlery. To make matters worse the food took forever to come out, although I suppose it does take a long time to cook steak until its as tough as old boots. Great location and ambience, shambles of a restaurant

   Unfortunately service extremely slow, had to pay at bar and order at bar too expecting table service covid has long gone should have extra staff on for sat eve. Hallomi roll tasted of goats cheese and over seasoned sauces. Dissatisfied and Disappointed.

   Don’t waste your time here. We booked a table for a special event. On arrival we waited ages before someone attended to us to get seated even though it wasn’t busy. There was a long wait for the meals and when they came out most were cold and one of the dishes was wrong so we had to send it back. The wait for the wrong meal was ridiculous, the rest of the table had finished eating and it still hadn’t been bought it. In the end we had to chase staff up about the missing meal, they said they were cooking it.. it was a salad! When they eventually bought it out there was no apology. Expensive for what you get and atrocious service.

   Food was great and good serving sizes. Enough choice and prices were standard for today. Service was fine. There wasn’t a lot of ambience but it was later in the evening. We would definitely go back!

    This use to be a go to place for me when meeting colleagues in the city. However, last few times I've not been impressed at all. Friday was the same. I ordered fish and chips with salad and my colleague ordered the same asking for her fish to be grilled. My fish and chips arrived; looked ok except for no salad as such just a handful of leaves. No dressing. I asked for dressing and waiter said he'd get for me. Subsequently colleagues meal arrived. Barramundi fish on bed of Asian greens and rice! She suggested it was the wrong order but was told no we don't have grilled fish so person who took order thought this was what you wanted. Colleague said no as she has dietary requirements and that's why she ordered the fish and chips. Waiter returned food to kitchen. Then returned to colleague saying she couldn't have fish grilled. Colleague asked if she could have the original barramundi then (as it was grilled!) but with chips and salad. Waiter said yes. I had to remind him I was also waiting on dressing. Colleagues meal arrived and she enjoyed. Her salad included beetroot, spring onion and I think tomato. Not sure why I only had leaves. Last time we visited a different work colleague had to return a meal of chicken as it was bloody and there was no time for another order to go through, so one person in our group didn't eat that day. Just no consistency and if you can't rely on a basic meal being consistently what it says on the tin, why bother?
